We offer domestic and international delivery services both via Jnt and Pos Laju. Jnt and Pos Laju is a next day delivery service and it makes delivery on Monday – Friday.

Postage fees for domestic delivery are as below:

West Malaysia – Free postage
Sabah & Sarawak – Add RM10 for 1-2 item and the next item add RM5 and so on.

b. International Delivery

Only defect or wrongly received items are eligible for exchange. Exchange only to same design.

Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, exchange will be accepted and allowed for defective items only within 3 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

During peak season (Ramadhan), exchange of defective items are not applicable via shipping. Exchange of defective items are only available at N'aisyah Xclusive HQ subject to availability.

However, customers are advised to notify us at naisyahxclusive@gmail.com by quoting the order number and the product details.

Sale items and purchases made with discount coupons are non-refundable. Customers have to make sure the measurement of every part of the body fit the measurement of the given sizing chart because HQ does not entertain any exhange due to sizing mistake by customers.
