Items that are in an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition, exchange will be accepted and allowed for defective items only within 3 days of receipt (for both local and international orders). Shipping cost for the return will be borne by the customer.

During peak season (Ramadhan), exchange of defective items are not applicable via shipping. Exchange of defective items are only available at N'aisyah Xclusive HQ subject to availability.
